Terry L. (Gammell) Gerry

Terry L. (Gammell) Gerry, 74, of Grove St., passed away after a long illness on the morning of August 29, 2025.

Terry was born in Colrain, MA on June 2, 1951 the daughter of Lafave and Leona Gammell.

She was a Nanny for a number of kids growing up in the West County area and she maintained a wonderful connection with those kids and their families. At home she enjoyed sewing, scrapbooking and maintaining her home.

She is survived by her sons Todd (Katlyn) Gerry of Heath, Tyler (Kelly) Gerry of Darien, CT, Tim Gerry of Stafford Springs, CT, 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, her partner of many years Richard Veillette, as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her brothers Keith Gammell and Rodney Gammell.

A visiting hour will take place Wed., Sept. 3 from 2 to 3 pm at the Smith-Kelleher Funeral Home, 40 Church St., Shelburne Falls. A prayer service will begin at 3 pm. Burial will follow in West Branch Cemetery, Colrain.
