Rosemary Noyes Obituary

Rosemary Noyes (DeDomenick), born on January 26, 1946, in Gloversville, New York, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2025 at the Fisher Home in Amherst, MA.

She was the beloved daughter of Angelo and Jennie DeDomenick, both of whom preceded her in death. Early in life, Rosemary found purpose in caring for others, a quality that guided her both personally and professionally. Before marriage, she worked in the operating room at Nathan Littauer Hospital—a role she cherished for its meaningful connection to helping others.

Over the years, Rosemary held positions at Sweeney Ford of Greenfield and CVS. However, the roles she valued most were those within her family. She devoted herself wholeheartedly to her loved ones with unwavering love and selflessness.

She is lovingly remembered by her son Brandon Noyes, her daughter Tara Montoney and son-in-law Dan Montoney; grandsons Carson and Cole Montoney; sister Carol DiGeorge and brother-in-law Richard DiGeorge; nephews Scott DiGeorge and Chad DiGeorge; and former husband William Noyes, with whom she shared a lasting bond.

Rosemary will be remembered for her humor, kindness, patience, and generosity. She had a gift for making others feel cared for—whether through a home-cooked meal or a shared laugh. A talented cook who appreciated good food, she brought people together around the table with warmth and joy. Shopping was always one of her favorite pastimes, especially when it meant finding the perfect gift for someone she loved.

Among her greatest joys was playing Aggravation with family—a tradition filled with laughter, friendly competition and treasured memories that reflected her joyful spirit and deep love for those closest to her.

May Rosemary’s memory bring comfort to all who knew her and continue to inspire acts of love and kindness in her honor.

No services are planned, but contributions in her memory can be made to Hospice of the Fisher Home (www.fisherhome.org).
