Maryjean DelRosso Obituary

Maryjean (Sullivan) DelRosso passed away peacefully on April 19, 2024 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield after a long illness. She is survived by her devoted husband, Joseph DelRosso.

Maryjean is also survived by three children, Colleen A. Royle (Lundin), John F. Royle and Maryjean Royle (Powell). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren – Aishlinn Lundin Yule (Thomas), John J. Royle, John P. Lundin, Shea T. Powell, Joseph P. Royle, Kaleigh S. Powell, Delaney R. Powell, Reighan G. Powell and one great-grandson, Jack R. Yule.

Maryjean was born in Brookline, Massachusetts, daughter of the late James J. Sullivan of County Kerry, Ireland and the late Helen T. (Murtagh) Sullivan of County Sligo, Ireland. She is survived by her sister Helen T. (Sullivan) (Warner) Studd of Easton, MA and her brother John F. Sullivan of Colrain, MA. She is predeceased by her brothers James J. Sullivan and Richard G. Sullivan. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Maryjean was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Shrine.

A funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph Parish in Shelburne Falls on Thursday, April 25 at 11 AM and burial will be following in the Center Cemetery in Heath, MA

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Our Lady of the Rosary Marian Shrine, PO Box 437, Rowe, MA 01367
