Margaret C. (Gaudreau) Saulnier

Colrain- Margaret C. Saulnier, age 77, passed away on Friday, September 6th, 2024 with her family by her side.

Margaret was born in Lewiston, Maine on June 19, 1947, daughter of the late George and Amanda Gaudreau. Margaret attended Windsor (CT) High School and worked at Aetna Life Insurance (Hartford, CT) and Charlene Manor (Greenfield, MA).

Margaret worshiped at the Living Waters Assembly of God and First Baptist Church of Colrain. She loved reading the Bible and Our Daily Bread. Margaret loved nature and baby animals, visits from her family members and her weekly phone calls with her sister Lorain.

Margaret is survived by her daughter Diane Saulnier, her son in law Brandon Anderson and her granddaughter Everly of North Bend, WA. She is also survived by her partner of many years, Alcide Saulnier. Margaret especially loved talking to her granddaughter on the phone and vacations with her family. In addition to her daughter’s home in Washington, Margaret vacationed in Hawaii, Alaska and Maine. Margaret also leaves her three siblings, George Gaudreau and his wife Karen of Broad Brook, CT, Roger Gaudreau and his wife Debbie of Hertford, NC, Lorain Field and her husband John of Leland, NC, and several nieces and nephews.
