Charlene Finn Obituary

Charlene J. (Chase) Finn, 64, passed away on April 14, 2023 at the Greenfield Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Greenfield.
The youngest of 3, Charlene was born in Westfield Massachusetts on July 6, 1958.
She was a graduate of Greenfield Community College receiving an associate degree in photography, while raising two young kids. In Charlene's early years she started off cooking for a few local restaurants, which she did for many years. Charlene was also a big part of the Ashfield food pantry for nearly a decade. She worked for a local resident of Ashfield, Ma. at his seed business, helping plant, garden or ship his heirloom seeds all over the world. Charlene was also employed at Zoar Outdoor and Berkshire East in Charlemont. One of Charlene's last careers was being a PCA for a very close friend which was for 15 years.
Charlene loved spending time outdoors with her daughter Eli and her grandchildren. Doing such activities as hiking, swimming, gardening, and in early years she loved riding on the back of a motorcycle.
Charlene had battled with breast, cervical, rectal and lung cancer. Which was ultimately what took her life. Charlene had a big heart and she will be deeply missed by so many people. Robert Zingler was Charlene's partner for many years and gave her daughter, but also raising both of her children as his own.  If you did get a chance to meet her, I know that she did something to make you laugh. That is how Charlene would want us to remember her. So don't be sad, remember the good memories. That is what she wished for everyone in the end.
Survivors include her companion for 18 years, Andrew Poulin, two daughters; Kelly Munoz and Elisha Clark. Natasha, Leela, Dylan, Michael Anthony, Nicholas, and Bodi, are some of the names of her, 10 beloved grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at the Smith-Kelleher Funeral Home, 40 Church St., Shelburne Falls on Sunday, May 21 at 1:00 pm.
