Dear Pete and Sue,

It's been over 25 years since I've seen you and Jeremy. He was my first real friend growing up across the street on Deerfield Drive. I have good memories of playing together in the backyard there, in the sandbox and stairs in Northampton, the lake house in Ware, and in the woods and barn in Hatfield. We lost touch after that, no Social media then. My thoughts drifted to my old friend a few times over the years, a simple search 30 minutes ago and my heart breaks for your loss. He was a good friend, my first best friend, and I have fond memories of all of you. My thoughts and best wishes are with you both.

Dear Sue,

I have thought of Jeremy and you all often during the past couple of months... Facing a new year and beyond without him must seem unimaginable. While there were mysteries and struggles he chose to keep to himself, I do know how much he loved you, and the farm, and his friends and music, and I hope that this and your happier memories with him bring you some comfort. My deepest, heartfelt condolences to you and Peter.

Dear Pete & Sue.....We are so very sorry to learn of the passing of your son, Jeremy. Please accept our most sincere condolences, and know that we are thinking of you. Les & I are both doing well and have enjoyed living close to our daughter, Joyce, and family, here in Perry (GA) since 1996. Our son, Philip, & family, live in Los Angeles. Our 6 grandchildren (Sam, age 22, is the oldest) are a pure delight. Les & I have many good memories of our trips to Andover (where have the years gone?!!). Would love to hear from you. Lester & Joanne Solomon

The news of Jeremy's untimely passing has been felt deeply by his classmates from the Smith Academy class of 1997. Although Jeremy was with us only through middle school, he made a lasting impression on us all with his wit, charm and unparalleled skate boarding abilities. Please know that we all will share the fondest memories of him as our classmate and friend. My deepest sympathies for your loss.

Jeremy was a classmate of ours at Breor Elementary in Hatfield. He had an amazing sense of humor and always had us laughing! He will be remembered by all of us as a talented musician which he displayed at our DARE graduation when he played his guitar to our version of "Stand by Me". I was so sad to hear of his passing. My condolences to you during this difficult time.

My thoughts are with Jeremy's family at this difficult time! I will remember Jeremy as "one of a kind"...he lead the way for all of the boys in our 6th grade class to get "skater cuts"!

Dear Sue and Peter,
I am very sad to hear of Jeremy's passing. He was unique in every way. I loved him for many years as a friend and someone to play music with. I am sorry I could not visit him near the end, but as you may know, I lost my own son Tomas just over a year ago and it was just too hard. And I wanted to remember Jeremy as he was and the good times we had. I know you did everything you could do for him but he chose his own path, and that is so heart wrenching. I have no more words. I can only offer my thoughts and prayers for peace and forgiveness. And love and healing. Sincerely, Tom
