John D Pearsall

John Daniel Pearsall - son of John and Nellie Pearsall - born August 31, 1945 in Lowell, MA, and resident of Conway since 1975, passed away on March 14, 2025. He had lived a full and diverse life - serving in the Navy for three years before exporting his electrical engineering skills to other sectors, including opening up his own music shop, “The Sound Connection” in Shelburne Falls, where he sold records and CDs as well as repaired equipment. He evolved into a computer service engineer and worked on systems used by newspapers amongst other applications. He attended Greenfield Community College and UMass Amherst. He was an avid reader - always keeping up on current events. As a youth, he played trumpet and remained a lifelong lover of music - listening to everything from classical to classic rock and international music spanning the globe. He is survived by his wife Lillian, two sons Jason and Matthew, and three grandsons, Jesse, Jayden, and Jonah through Jason’s partnership with Michelle. His brother Brian passed away just two years prior, and they are now reunited in the great beyond…
