Sara, Sam & the rest of the Maniatty Family...you are in our hearts and in our prayers. We are so sorry for your loss. Even though we didn't get to see Steve a lot, or spend time with him, he was always a bright light and a positive influence to us when we did. God bless you all and give you peace of mind and, in time, a happy heart. Love, The Nash Family

Having had brief conversation with Steve, on occasion, the conversation was very good. I found Steve to be a wonderful person, caring, thoughtful of others in ways that exceeded what most people find nowadays. Steve often put others before himself. He saw the good in people.

I was friends with Steve for more than twenty years. We first met, of course, at Hermes but became and remained close through the years. We golfed together, walked together and had Bloody Mary's together just a few Sunday's ago. He was in bright spirits and good health. He said the Y was a place of inspiration for him. He was first and always a people person and a dear friend. So sorry for Hermes, Sara, Sam and Steve's extended family.

I was very saddened to hear of Steve's passing. I will always remember Greek Easters at his home and how he always made me feel welcome. Mike & I had such a great time with him recently at Alexandra's wedding. That is how I will remember him - happy & smiling. My sincere condolences to Steve's family.

Such a shock to hear Steve has Passed. We go way back to little league on PAWE. Steve always made me feel at home either at Herms or in his kitchen. Lots of good memories. He will live on in all of our minds as long as we remember. My Deepest Condolences. He will be missed.
