To Dwight, Sarah and all of Betsy's family - So many good memories of time shared with Betsy in Shelburne Falls - T'ai Chi on the deck by the river, spontaneous suppers at Buckland Pizza, and all the times at 90 Main. I am sorry for your loss and would be glad to know about any celebration of her life. Peggy Outcalt.

Betsy was a dear friend, she delighted me with her stories of study at the Ruggles St. Nursery Training school, which became the Tufts Dept of Child Study, where I studied, 15 years later. When I moved to Shelburne Falls in 2012, she became my walking companion, she loved ice cream at the Baker's soda fountain, we went to the concert at Marlboro Music, and we traded books to reads. I will keep her memory in my heart. My condolences to her family.
