Darryl L. Kratt

     Darryl Lee Kratt, 51, died unexpectedly at home on Monday, May 22, 2017 in Springfield.

     Darryl was born in Greenfield on October 11, 1965 the son of Dennis and Jane (Peltier) Kratt. He was a graduate of the Franklin County Technical School and Greenfield Community College with a degree in nursing.

     He was employed as a Registered Nurse at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield for a number of years and was most recently a care giver for a private agency.

     Darryl had a great ability and compassion in caring for others and was honored to provide a healing environment to those in his care.

     In his free time Darryl enjoyed spending time with his family, animals, music and the performing arts.

     Survivors include his mother Jane Kratt of Greenfield, his brother David Kratt, a niece Faith Kratt, a nephew Codie Kratt, his long-time friend John Cote, cousins and many friends.

     A memorial service will take place in the fall with date and time to be announced.
